B.SC (IT), B.Com, B.A, or equivalent Diploma holders
Html & Scripting Languages
Excellent communication skills and listening skills
Cross platforms viz. ASP, JSP, JSP sockets, NET for integration
Willingness to work shifts
Solve technical queries of local and international clients and eMerchants
Resolve issues of the customers: Being part of the Avenues – Customer care department you will interact extensively with the customers to help them with their transactional queries. While transacting if the customer’s account is debited but if the customer did not receive services , the customers tend to contact CCAvenue for help. This team would check the status of the transaction and further guide the user to the merchant for his product/service delivery or help him with refunds.
Solve queries as mentioned below of customers via. email, live chat and telephone
Status of transaction
Sharing merchant contact details in case product/services not received.
Co-ordination with tech support team in case of refund / recon issues.
Answer chats / calls/ mails of customers.
Searching transaction details using tools provided.
Solving Day to day issues faced by customers with accuracy and promptness.
Cover the day time load in 2 shifts covering 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
