Risk Executive

Description
Being part of the CCAvenue Risk Team involves review of all transactions processed through our Sub-Merchants. Transactions are checked the following day and the Risk Executive makes a decision to approve or flag the transaction based on assessment of the Risk Factors.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for Risk, Technology and the Internet. They should possess exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. The candidate will be evaluated on the basis of understanding Risk, processes involved and the ability to make an effective decision on time.

Requirements

	Fresher/ Experience

	Graduate/ Under Graduate/ Diploma

	Knowledge of basic computer (MS Office, internet)

	Excellent communication skills

	Previous experience in Risk is an advantage.

Responsibilities

	Minimize the Risk of Fraud from misuse of various payment modes. The transactions are manually scrutinized and verified by the Risk Executive and a decision is made to approve or flag the transaction based on the various Risk parameters. As a analyst you will have to take a judgment to either accept or reject the transaction based on his or her assessment of the risk. Incase the information provided is incomplete/incorrect; the customer is contacted for verification before a decision to flag the transaction is made.

	Scrutiny of Documents to release the order.

	Review of Sub-Merchant previous sales pattern and Investigation of the merchant's credentials.

	Notification to the sub-merchant incase of illegally activities being conducted and in violation of the CCAvenue Agreement.

	Co-ordination with Sub-Merchants/Customers/Banks to liaise in Fraud/Dispute/Chargeback cases. Timely action is required to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and as a result no financial loss to Avenues or its sub-merchant.

	Maintaining the Team database of Fraud Transactions/Customers details. Regular updates are to be made to ensure potential fraudulent transactions are identified in time.

	Keeping updated with the Fraud trends and practices. Being pro-active in identifying and intimating the team of suspicious transaction patterns or possible fraudulent merchants.

	Additional duties upon request.

Compliance Executive

Requirements

	Fresher/ Experience

	Graduate/ Under Graduate/ Diploma

	Knowledge of basic computer (MS Office, internet)

Description

	Maintain proper sequence and control of source documents.

	Should be able to work within deadlines.

	Detail oriented.

	Must take initiatives and apply logic to handle tasks efficiently Qualifications.

	Graduate or equivalent High School Diploma holder.

	Computer literate Basic Internet / Web skills, Online Research along with Ms Office (word /excel/powerpoint).

	Good Communication skills.

	Typing speed : 40 wpm, accuracy is essential.
	Should have reasonably good telephonic communication skills.

Job DescriptionThe team member will be accountable for development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance of our software applications.

Requirements

	Any Graduate

	Minimum of 3 years’ experience Knowledge

Responsibilities

	Plans, designs, and develops new feature functionality for our software applications per customer or internal specifications.

	Writes software applications that contain logical solutions to business problems or questions.

	Identifies, troubleshoots and debugs defects in designated application code.

	Works with the Development Team to design, develop and document solutions.

	Accountable for meeting delivery dates on assigned projects and tasks.
